Stephanie Maddox, a Philadelphia native, brings over three decades of expertise in the hospitality industry to her role as Springdale’s Director of Food & Beverage. Stephanie's career has expanded across well-known brands such as Houlihan’s Restaurant and Bar, Chili’s Grill and Bar, and Iron Hill Brewery, where she held pivotal General Manager roles. She also served as Chief Operating Officer and Multi-Unit Area Manager for Keyport Liquor License Restaurants, where she managed food and beverage programs across multiple locations, delivering significant improvements in operational efficiency, staff training, and guest satisfaction. In addition to her restaurant management roles, Stephanie has managed banquet programs for large-scale hotel events and has extensive kitchen experience as a chef. She is certified in ServSafe and TIPS, and her expertise spans inventory control, purchasing, budgeting, profit and loss management, and human resources.
